Participants will meet Friday night for a communal dinner at the NACL retreat in the Catskills.

Arising at 6:30 Saturday morning, they will write until 9:30pm then go to bed. Waking again at midnight, they will complete work at 2am.

Sunday morning everyone will meet for a late breakfast; the afternoon can be spent swimming in the nearby lake, hiking in the state park, or lying supine and exhausted on the lawn, staring blankly up at the hazy summer sky before taking a train back into the city that evening.

Class fee of $325 includes class fee, two nights in a shared room at the NACL retreat, and all meals. Participants may be expected to share light cooking or clean up duties on Friday and Sunday. Transportation is not included. Public transportation is available.
